Below you can view a list of available booths. You can also view the Live Floor Plan by clicking on the View Interactive Floor Plan button which will display the floor plan of the exhibition along with details of booths that are currently booked.

 

What's Included in a Booth:

 

All booth packages include:

  • Basic carpet in show color (TBD)
  • (1) 6’ skirted table in show color (TBD), (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket
  • Company name on sign hung from back of booth
  • Listing in Exhibitor List Online profile in the Online Floor Map
  • Booth Rep registrations – exact number based on size of booth as listed below
  • Free Attendee Passes – exact number based on size of booth as listed below:

Ready to confirm your booth? Please click on the 'Create New Booking' button to create a new account. If you already have an account and would like to view or modify your booking, please sign in to your existing booking below using your account email address and password below.

 

Once logged in, you will confirm your booth choice.

  • Non-refundable deposit of 10% of booth price will be due immediately. You can pay by credit card online or send a check to the WMCCAI Chapter Office; check payments must be received by August 31, 2024, to confirm the Early Bird booth pricing. ACH payment is also available. 
  • Payment in full is required by February 1, 2025. See Rules and Regulations for details. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Exhibit Space & Sponsorship: Cancellation received in writing prior to November 30, 2024 will result in forfeiture of company’s nonrefundable deposit. A refund or waiver of 50% fee will be granted if written notice of cancellation or reduction of exhibit space is received by WMCCAI no later than Dec. 31, 2024. Commencing January 1, 2025, no fees shall be waived nor shall refunds be made. If, at any time, materials are ordered for Participants sponsorship, the sponsorship cannot be cancelled, or refund given.
