Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations will be accepted until two (2) weeks prior to the event date.  Refunds must be requested in writing to events@caidc.org. A 8% processing fee will be charged for all customer initiated refunds. After the cancellation deadline, no fees will be waived nor refunds extended. You may transfer your registration at no additional cost at any time by emailing events@caidc.org.
